Shipping

All orders ship from the Netherlands via PostNL or DHL.

Delivery Times

  • EU: 3-7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 7-21 business days

Shipping Rates

  • EU: FREE on orders over €30. Standard rate below €30.
  • UK: Flat rate shipping (see checkout for current rates)
  • US & Rest of World: Calculated at checkout

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You may return unopened products for a full refund within this period.

How to Return

  1. Email us at misha@pranasalt.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. We will provide a return address and instructions
  3. Ship the product back (return shipping at customer expense unless product is defective)
  4. Refund processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at misha@pranasalt.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Subscription Cancellation

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. No cancellation fees. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
