Orders within the European Union are fulfilled by PranaSalt BV. Orders within the United Kingdom are fulfilled by PranaSalt LTD. All orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Poland.

FREE SHIPPING — EUROPE & UK

All orders within the European Union (fulfilled by PranaSalt BV) and the United Kingdom (fulfilled by PranaSalt LTD) enjoy free standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

UNITED STATES

Standard shipping to the United States is available for a flat rate of $12.00. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

REST OF WORLD

We also ship to select international destinations for a flat rate of £15.00. Delivery times vary by location.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
