These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pranasalt.com and your purchase of products from Pranasalt.

1. Business Information

Pranasalt is operated by Pranasalt BV (Netherlands), registered with KVK. For UK orders: Pranasalt LTD, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. For US: Pranasalt Inc, Wilmington, DE 19801.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices may vary by region. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew each month. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from the Netherlands. Delivery times vary by destination. For non-EU orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery (EU Consumer Rights Directive). To initiate a return, contact us at misha@pranasalt.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

6. Allergen Disclaimer

Our products contain mustard and may contain traces of wheat and sesame. Please check the product label for the most current allergen information.

7. Liability

Pranasalt products are food seasoning products, not dietary supplements or medicines. We make no health claims. Use as directed on packaging.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
